OUR SUPPORT FOR YOUNG PEOPLE

courses are intensive training programmes in leadership development and teamwork
for young people, chosen from our community. Talented young people are
invited by the Club to attend a RYLA course. RYLA is a blend of physical and intellectual activity, producing a unique experience and a very special learning environment. Programmes enable young people to examine important issues, improve leadership and communication skills, learn about businesses and other institutions, have fun and make friends. For young adults, RYLA provides the opportunity to refine skills and explore relevant topics with their peers and mentors.
From local heats through to national finals, Rotary is proud to offer a range of competitions for young people. These competitions offer an opportunity for participants to share their talents and skills, gain confidence and experience, and challenge themselves in a fun and friendly environment.
With support all the way from your local Rotary club, there is no reason not to take the leap and enter.
