WE ARE ROTARY Rotary Amble and Warkworth is one of 35,000 groups, with 1.4 million members in 200 countries that constitute Rotary International. We are firmly rooted in, and drawn from, our community but have a global outlook generated by the international nature of our organisation. We try to face some of the challenges created by local problems as well as the global challenges of poverty, disasters, wars, etc. Rotary can often use members' skills and talents to deal with issues in our community, and abroad. The funds raised through our Christmas Collections are used for local community causes. We can’t solve all the problems we face, but we can have an impact. Such is the case with Polio; Rotary International has been seeking to eliminate this disease for the last 39 years and has almost achieved its goal. We also place emphasis on enjoying the Rotary experience, with a full programme of acceptable social events and activities. MAKING A DIFFERENCE IN YOUR COMMUNITY We pride ourselves on collaboration with the local community and working together to address some of the challenges/issues that matter. That gives individuals from your organisation the chance to volunteer for, and support, events and other service opportunities. The potential positive outcomes can be enormous:
ideas into action.

HOW DOES CORPORATE MEMBERSHIP WORK? Corporate membership can be from any industry, be any shape or any size. Corporate memberships include schools, estate agents, hotels, museums, small businesses and more. The typical Corporate Membership model sees an organisation pay for a single membership subscription, which is then available to multiple people within the business. That means that up to 4 employees can be actively involved in the club, for the cost of one membership. This offers flexibility for the individuals involved, without the organisation having to miss out on club activities. WHY BECOME A CORPORATE MEMBER OF ROTARY AMBLE & WARKWORTH? For organisations of all shapes and sizes, having a community impact has become increasingly important. Corporate membership of Rotary can help you put your Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) plans into action! Showing your social conscience can also make you an employer of choice, and gives strong foundations to expand your reputation as a local organisation committed to doing good. Rotary is a trusted organisation, with a reputation built on championing good causes in our community over the past 76 years. Involvement with Rotary could add to your organisation's standing in the community. Rotary started life as a business-networking group, and that still plays an important part in Rotary life today. Through Rotary your organisation will be able to forge connections with community leaders and other like-minded organisations. Please Contact Us for More Details
